Ok so tomorrow I am going to the first annual Windsor Ivitational Golf Tournament GOOD TIMES!!!

I don't remember sending out an email to all of my friends saying "man I love golf tournaments so please organize as many as possible and invite me to them."

GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE WINDSOR INVITATIONAL

1. it will be nice to see all of my windsor friends again. I havent been to windsor in a while which is mostly due to the 3-5 hour drive it takes to get there. It is fine if I am tired or hung-over or somthing but if I am awake it is terrible. It is not like we are winding through mountain roads or spiriting along coastal highways either- at least 3 of those hours are spent cutting through crappy southwestern ont farmland. Regardless I think I will have a good time.

2. My golf game seems to be improving. not that i have played golf since the knox invitational last year where I sucked all kinds of ass but things were looking up when I was hitting balls into the lake at cam's cottage.

3. Ben is simutaniously sucking at golf.

4. I am eager to see domesticated Zoya and H-Bomb in there new house. I am not bitter that all of my windsor friends have cars and houses and make what seems like millions of dollars working in the states as engineers (not the kind who drive trains but the other geeky kind who say things like "Im in product testing all next week and we dont even have the thermal down!").
anyway if things go according to pattern they are probably competing right now to see who is going to buy the nicest helicopter.
why didn't my guidance counceler tell me in OAC (ok grade 14) that I could become an engineer and have people throw money at me for basically doing the same thing I was doing in advertising (talking on the phone with reps and making excel charts) for nothing
Im not bitter because I dont think I would have been a particularily good engineer, but then again come to chad's place at about 10:30 on saturday and see if you can find one person who you would want to design your cars brakes.

5. this tournament features girls. This is good for a number of reasons but primarily because i am pretty sure that a number of the girls will be better than Ben and Mark. I am actually going to be golfing in a foursome with Chad and two girls. I think his motivation is to have the girls near him (ok one of them is his girlfriend) and also to look like a professional golfer by comparison. (also with luke in your foursome your moderate golf tourney drinking will slip right under the radar.)
