If you moved into a new place and that place didn't have one functioning phone jack would you (while realizing that the landlord isnt legally required to provide working phone jacks) consider this an act of bad faith on the part of your landlord?
Luckily for our landlord we are all in such a good mood after our 5 day hassel free move.
