OTHER HIGHLIGHTS FROM LUKE'S WEEKEND

1. On Friday Erica and I went to Grimsby to pick up the truck and my new bed.
At one point when we were going to pick-up the bed on hamilton mountain I was in a car with my dad while Erica was in another car with my mom.
This is problematic for a number of reasons chiefly: a) I no longer have Erica acting as a buffer to my dad asking me (very reasonable) questions like "why the hell arent you working?" and b) Erica is in another car with my mom. in the 10 min they were in a car together my mom managed to share, among other things, that she is worried about Ben and I (duh), that when I was 2 I used to call myself "Nukey" (as opposed to "Lukey" which I apparently couldn't say for some reason), and that Erica's headaches might be cause by hormones and that she herself used to get bad headaches at different points in her menstral cycle.
In total these were the two worst car trips ever and they happened simutaniously.

2. On saturday evening Ben and I acted as twin bartenders for the kick-ass Lauren Menary stagette party. This was pretty fun especially considering that Steph gave us all the free beer we could drink in exchange for our services. I didnt actually do alot of bartending and I think we were there more to look good and joke around with the moms and aunts.

3. Last night I went to play basketball and then met Erica after she was at a bat mitzva (a bar mitzva for girls)

4. On saturday night Cam was out because the Darcler is in France for a wedding. Cam and I were competing for who was the most underdressed in the bar but he seems to be doing well. Ross may or may not be doing well which I cant tell because for the 5th consecutive toronto weekend when ross has visited he has been drunk as hell.

5. also on saturday night two of the sororitiy girls who were in town for a party at Katherine's Sister's (or Julia's) place were joke making out at the bar. Predictably Randy was a huge fan of this and after we hadnt seen the two girls make out for a while we decided to go and find them. This would have been a good plan except that Randy walked up to a completly different group of the sorority girls we hadn't met yet and said "hey I hear there is some hot girl on girl action going on around here"
The girls looked kind of (very) pissed esp when Randy repeated himself because he thought they hadnt heard him call them lesbians the first time.
