Good afternoon blog super-fans...

today I have to spend all day cleaning because our landlord is showing some potential new rentors our condo unit. GOOD TIMES
Of course right now it looks like a crack house and I would love to leave it like that except that we need her to give us a good reference for our new place... which she isn't going to do anyway.

potential new landlord: are they good tenants?

jaded old landlord: well on one hand they are very good at putting the recycable materials in the right boxes in the centralized garbage.... but on the other hand they are consistantly late paying thier rent and routinly hold through the week after-bar parties.

potential new landlord: so not good tenants

jaded old landlord: exactly they are more like the oppisite of good tenants. Oh yeah and if your unit is more than 15 feet off the ground they will spend a lot of time "biffing" stuff off the balcony.


Anyway we will see plus just in case I saw a free cubicle down at nathan phillips square that we might be able to snag although it is probably next to the rat guy.
