I am starting to worry that with all the new competitors in the Pettigrew Birthday First Annual Quadrathalon I might not win every event. I mean I will probably win the 400 and I don't see why I couldn't win the Long Jump, but what the hell is up with the shot put- does this event or does it not just reward competitors for being fat as hell.
Also I cant sprint fast to save my life.

Anyway while most competitors would be crippled right now worrying about where they are going to finish I am stictly adhering to the Samuri philosophy of The Arrow that is Not Aimed.

The Arrow that is Not Aimed teaching suggest that any energy expended thinking about the result of a competition is energy not used to emerse the competitor in the PROCESS of preparing for and executing his or her goals.

While I am pretty sure that I am about to kick a serious amount of ass this weekend I am also not thinking about it because I need to emerse myself in proper preperation leading up to the event.

Right now for instance I am emersing myself in considering just how jacked-up on performance enhancing drugs I want to be for the event.
I mean there wont be any drug testing for the First Annual Pettigrew Quadrathlon so the obvious answer to this is " JACKED-UP AS HELL" but ever since a couple of pass-out incidents or "mini-siezures" on the basketball court last year I am thinking that there may be a ceiling to the amount of effedrine my body really wants to have in it.

This would be my usual preperation for a competition of this magnitude.

1. Large coffee
2. Garlic and Cainne Pepper Suppliments
3. 35-75 mg effidrine
4. Large Protien Shake

The Protien, Garlic and Cainne arent really nessessary to this equation but the Caffine and Effidrine are vital and when taken together should give you that "My Heart Might Explode" feeling inherent to top level competition.

___ warning: before you all rush out to purchase the ingrediants to my Super Performance Cocktail, this is the same combination of drugs that those professional athletes you heard about dying last summer were taking.______

I think I will try to take it easy for the decathlon and settle into a "medium jacked-up" level of drug taking. Also it is going to be hot which seemed to be a contributing factor in Minnisota Viking Kory Stringer's unfortunate death.

Other Contributing Facters to Kory Stringer's Unfortunate Death

1. Possible Effidrine use
2. Fat as Hell

On another note my brother (who is currently out buying running spikes) wants to bar effidrine from the competition because he thinks it will give some competitors an unfair advantage.
